This website is operated by the Saskatchewan Institute for Medical Simulation (SIMS). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SIMS. SIMS offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Eligibility and Accounts
You must be a Canadian resident and the age of majority to purchase or register. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

Course Registration and Products
We sell both physical products and simulation training courses. All sales are subject to availability and confirmed upon payment.

Cancellations and Refunds
To cancel a course, provide at least 7 days’ notice for a refund minus an admin fee. No refunds within 7 days. You may reschedule once within 6 months if you notify us at least 7 days before your course date. Emergency exceptions are case-by-case. SIMS may cancel courses due to unforeseen issues. We are not responsible for any travel or other costs due to cancellation.

By registering, you agree to receive appointment and course emails.

We may refuse service for any reason. You agree not to duplicate, sell, exploit, or misuse our content or services.

Prices can change without notice. We may discontinue any product or service without notice.

We may refuse or cancel any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account info.

We are not responsible for third-party tools, links, or their content. Use them at your own risk.
